So sad 😞 to be temporarily closing. Knew it was coming but still hurts. For the first time since this whole craziness over the last few weeks started I kinda sorta feel like crying. I know we will be ok. Even better than ok when we reopen because I believe everyone, including myself will be reminded of how lucky we really are and will be even more thankful for every day we are given and will spend our time doing more of what we love. This is one year ago today. These pictures and videos make me so happy and are a great reminder of what a wonderful home away from home our studio has become. They give me hope and remind me that we will all have something completely amazing to return to once all of this is said and done. I love our studio. I love our little Aerial Yoga, Barre, and Yoga Family we have created. This is just a little hiccup and will too pass. Well, we knew this was coming. And here it is, the inevitable... so here it goes DEEP BREATH...HEAVY SIGH 😔 it is with a heavy heart that we share at the end of today we will be TEMPORARILY CLOSING the studio as we are in a state of emergency and a “shelter in place” order will be in effect as of midnight tonight. If anyone’s classes expire during this time please reach out once we are open and we will extend the date of expiration on all classes and packages. Those of you with memberships will have the option to freeze your account at this time and we will be looking into a way to do classes online. You will be contacted individually as we proceed. Please let us know if you have any questions 🙏🏻 If you are able to we would appreciate any purchases made during our closure as any little bit helps the studio stay strong ❤️We will have our sale through the end of the month so check it out. Here at Love At First Flight we believe exercise, movement, playing, and doing something you L❤️VE is key to your health and wellness. Which is why we will stay open as long as it is safe to do so. As we are a smaller studio and are therefore able to stay within CDC’s recommendations and guidelines we have decided to remain open at this time with some additional precautions 👉🏻 1️⃣ We have REDUCED our CLASS SIZE to 5 people which will allow social distancing of 6ft+ space between each individual. 2️⃣ We have canceled/postponed all of our Mommy & Me classes, Kids Classes, and Workshops until further notice. 3️⃣ We have REDUCED our CLASS OFFERINGS and SPACED our CLASSES in such a way to allow for extra cleaning 🧹 and sanitizing 🧼 between classes as well as one time use of all hammocks between washes. 4️⃣ We ask that everyone wear sticky/grip socks in class 🧦 If you do not have your own we have some available for purchase and/or we will have loaner socks available. 5️⃣ There will be 🚫no hands on adjustments. We continue to ask you to do your part by 👉🏻 1️⃣ Staying home when you are FEELING SICK 🤢 or under the weather 🤧 🛑 There will be no late cancel charges at this time. That being said, we have and always will have the studio and our clients best interests at heart ❤️Along with our usual we will be taking even more precautions to help keep everyone safe and well both physically and mentally because let’s face it this whole thing is very anxiety provoking and although yoga and physical activity are the best way to combat anxiety we must do so safely.
